Program Overview

Children today are growing up alongside artificial intelligence — often without guidance on how it should support their learning, creativity, and decision-making.

The Guided AI Learning Circles provide structured, mentor-led conversations and activities that help children develop emotional awareness, communication skills, creativity, and leadership while learning how to interact thoughtfully and safely with AI.

This is not a coding class.
This is not passive screen time.

This is a guided developmental experience that puts the human first.

 This program is designed for:

  • Children ages 8–12
  • Families who value emotional intelligence and leadership development
  • Parents seeking intentional enrichment (not screen babysitting)
  • Homeschool and enrichment-focused families
  • Children who are curious, creative, or building confidence in group settings

No prior experience with AI or advanced technology is required.

Over 15 weeks, students will build:

  • Emotional awareness and regulation
  • Clear, kind, and confident communication
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Creative expression and storytelling
  • Thoughtful decision-making with AI support
  • Leadership rooted in empathy and responsibility
  • Safe, age-appropriate digital habits

AI is introduced as a tool for exploration and creativity, not a replacement for thinking or effort.

  • Length: 15 weeks
  • Session Duration: 45 minutes per week
  • Format: Live, interactive, mentor-led sessions
  • Cohort Size: 9–12 students (intentionally capped)
  • Enrollment: Cohort-based (no rolling enrollment)
  • Cohorts run seasonally (Spring, Fall, Winter).
    Sessions meet weekly on Thursdays.
Exact dates are shared upon enrollment.

Students move through the program together, creating trust, shared language, and confidence over time.

The curriculum is organized into three intentional phases:

Phase 1: Self & Awareness

Motivation, communication, emotional regulation, and teamwork.

Phase 2: Expression & Decision-Making

Creativity, problem-solving, emotional expression, and thoughtful AI use.

Phase 3: Leadership & Confidence

Digital responsibility, storytelling, research skills, presentation, and self-expression. Each week includes guided discussion, reflection, and practical activities designed for real-world application.

This program uses familiar, parent-trusted tools:

  • Live Sessions: Private Zoom meetings
  • Learning Hub: Google Classroom
  • AI Tool: ChatGPT (free account is sufficient)

Important information for families:

  • Parent-created student accounts
  • Moderated learning environments
  • No private student-to-student messaging
  • Clear expectations for behavior and participation
  • Technology used intentionally and sparingly

A parent orientation guide is provided prior to the program's commencement.

 Program Tuition: $697 per student

  • Payment plans are available
  • Cohorts are capped at 9–12 students
  • Once a cohort is full, families may join the priority waiting list
  • Waiting list families receive early access when new cohorts open

This structure ensures every child is seen, supported, and engaged.

Interest Form

The Guided AI Learning Circles are led by creator Mia Ferguson, an educator, business professional, and systems thinker whose work sits at the intersection of learning, communication, planning, and responsible technology use.

Mia brings years of experience designing educational programs, mentoring youth, and building frameworks that help people think clearly, communicate effectively, and adapt confidently in fast-changing environments. Her background spans education, business operations, agile methodologies, and planning systems—fields that all share one core principle: intentional decision-making.

As artificial intelligence becomes a daily presence in classrooms, homes, and workplaces, Mia’s focus is not simply on using AI—but on teaching how to think alongside it.

She is deeply knowledgeable in AI tools and prompting strategies, with a strong emphasis on:

  • Teaching children how to ask better questions

  • Understanding when AI is helpful—and when it should not be relied upon

  • Using AI to support creativity, learning, and problem-solving without replacing critical thinking

  • Developing discernment, judgment, and confidence in digital environments

This program was created intentionally to address what many conventional school settings are not yet equipped to do.

Traditional classrooms often move too slowly to respond to emerging technologies and too quickly past emotional and social development.

The Guided AI Learning Circles were designed to fill that gap—providing a space where children can develop emotional intelligence, communication skills, and responsible technology habits in a guided, age-appropriate way.

Mia believes that preparing children for the future requires more than academic achievement. It requires helping them:

  • Understand themselves

  • Communicate with empathy and clarity

  • Navigate complex tools thoughtfully

  • Build confidence in their own thinking

This program reflects her belief that children deserve learning environments that meet them where they are—and prepare them for where the world is going.
